Key Roles
Sourcing and Procurement:
Identify reliable global food producers and suppliers.
Sales & Distribution:
Develop B2B partnerships with wholesalers, food manufacturers, and retailers.
Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure all imports and exports meet international food safety standards.
Market Expansion:
Explore new markets, build supplier/buyer networks, and manage pricing strategies.
Strategy
- Open branch offices or strategic partnerships in Asia, UAE.
- Contracts with major food distributors in the Europe, Asia, GCC.
- Leverage Dubai’s trade and logistics infrastructure (e.g., Jebel Ali Port) for smooth supply chain management.
- Focus on high-demand food categories: Flavour powder like: cheese, ketchup, nuts, Etc.
